ABOUT ME

Hello everyone! My name is Mikel Adrian Ros and I am a freelance 3D character animator focusing on video games!

I graduated magna cum laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2022. Though born in New Jersey, I now live in Holly Ridge, North Carolina. I have been drawing ever since I could pick up a pencil, and while I do enjoy traditional art, I found something truly special and exciting about animation. Playing videogames such as Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, Horizon Zero Dawn, Borderlands and Pokémon ignited a true spark in me to pursue this medium, and I never noticed that I would unintentionally bring toys up to my eyes as if I was shooting them from a cool camera angle!

Though I am a former psychology major and performing arts minor, studying human behavior and understanding the thought process of a character in performance and in games is still something that I have a true passion for, and I could think of no better medium than animation to get the best of both worlds!

When I am not animating, you can find me doing my multitude of hobbies such as card collecting, especially Pokemon, cooking, mixology, collecting Legos, D&D and of course, planning the next project! I look forward to the amazing things we will make together!
